Anti-Coagulation (Warfarin) Clinic

Clinic Times 

The clinic office hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm. Patients are checked into the clinic by appointment from 8am to 1pm Monday to Thursday.
There is an emergency clinic on Friday from 8am-3:30pm appointments are pre-arranged with the anti-coagulation nurse for this clinic.

The Anti-coagulation clinic is a nurse led clinic under consultant Haematologist Dr Mc Hugh which provides specialist clinical care for patients receiving anti-coagulation treatments. 
At each visit Patient INR levels are monitored Warfarin doses adjusted accordingly. New patients are seen at 8am where there will have a one-on-one education session with the anti-coagulation nurse. A nurse consultation service is available for patients daily.
