Our patient charter is based on the national healthcare charter. It focuses on the things that most in a patients care: access, dignity and respect, safety, good communications, involvement, privacy, better health and accountability.
This charter explains both a patients rights and responsibilities when they are a patient in TUH. The Charter also reflects our care values of Collaboration, Achieve, Respect & Dignity.
