Mr Fennessy is a newly appointed consultant ENT surgeon at Tallaght University Hospital.  He is a graduate of the Irish Higher Surgical Training Scheme in ENT, with broad national and international experience. He obtained a research MD at University College Cork. He has completed sub-specialisation training at Children’s Hospital Boston and ACGME accredited fellowship training in Rhinology at TUFTS, Boston, USA.
