Welcome to the Catering Department. We aim to provide the best possible service to our patients, staff and visitors.
Our Objectives
To offer excellence in both food and service to our customers.
Meals for patients and staff are produced and prepared in our modern equipped main kitchen using a hybrid system of cook chill and cook fresh. A choice menu is offered to our patients which is designed to meet their nutritional needs and service requirements.
We endeavour to meet all the individual food requirements of our customers. These may be therapeutic and special diets for patients or dishs required by nationality and religion of our multi-ethnic customer base.
Our Restaurant
Our restaurant is situated on the ground floor
We provide a full breakfast and lunch menu.
Our opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday
- 7.30am to 3pm
Recovery Doc Coffee Shop
The Coffee Shop is situated in the Dining Room, on the ground floor. We offer a selection of Danish pastires, Croissants, Homemade Scones, cakes and buns.

- 7:30am - 4pm
Patient Ward Services
Patient meals are served between 7.30am and 8pm Monday to Sunday
