Public Procurement is the overarching corporate function in establishing fundamental processes of Planning, Analysis, Market Research, Sourcing, Tendering, Procurement Contracting, Regulatory and Legal, Procurement Compliance, and Corporate Governance in a strategic business and technical environment.
Remit of Procurement Sourcing Contracts Division:
The Hospital is obligated to adhere and ensure compliance to Public Procurement Law rules and regulations by all Procurement and Non-Procurement personnel.
All Procurement categories within Supplies, Services and Works are under the remit of the following authorised Procurement personnel (working titles Procurement Officers, Procurement Leads) to conduct all Procurements.
