Professor Maureen Connolly is Consultant Dermatologist in Tallaght University Hospital & Honorary Senior Lecturer with Trinity College Dublin. Following initial training in Ireland and in Bristol in the UK she did a fellowship in Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital, London before returning to Ireland in 2008 to take up her current position.

Professor Connolly is the Lead Dermatology Clinician at Tallaght University Hospital and is the Dublin Midlands Dermatology representative for the Irish Skin Foundation.

She is a Member of Clinical Advisory Group for the Dermatology Clinical Programme and is Secretary for the Dermatology Specialist Registrar Training Scheme in Ireland.

She is a member of the Irish Association of Dermatologists, British Association of Dermatologists, American Academy of Dermatology, European Association of Dermatology & Venereology, European Society of Contact Dermatitis, British Society of Cutaneous Allergy and British Society of Paediatric Dermatology
