 Specialist Falls Assessment UnitBased at Tallaght University Hospital (Main Campus), this service evaluates and manages fall risk to improve mobility and prevent injury in older adults.

We also provide clinical care to the long term care units in Peamount Hospital.

The team is based at the Hospital (Main Campus) and the HSE Community Unit on Boot Road, Clondalkin, ensuring coordinated, patient-centred care for older adults transitioning between hospital and community settings.
